Chief Experience Officer

Dr. Ajay Iyer

Dr. Ajay Iyer has sizeable experience in founding and leading organizations in various sectors including healthcare, construction, technology and ITES. As the Chief Experience Officer, Dr. Iyer is a driver of both client experiences and employee engagement. He is responsible for overall client delivery, communication and satisfaction. His singular focus on how to meet client expectations optimally is crucial for HSPL’s ability to develop, deliver and maintain solutions for its end clients. Dr. Iyer drives HSPL’s growth by focusing on client delight and ensuring client retention in an industry that is fraught with instability. Dr. Iyer encourages building customized solutions and processes to precisely meet the client needs and then institutionalizing these solutions in a framework of scalable architecture so as to enable future growth for HSPL. Dr. Iyer plays a critical role in onboarding new clients and transitioning them to the operations team.

Dr. Iyer holds a MBBS degree from KEM College (University of Mumbai).

Co-founder & Executive Director

Mr. Abhijit Desai

Abhijit has extensive experience in the fields of services, technology, and consulting. As a co-founder and Executive Director of HSPL, Abhijit is responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization and managing our clients and staff and providing innovative and insightful solutions to ensure clients achieved their business objectives. As a prior management consultant with experience in Deloitte Consulting and PepsiCo, Abhijit has helped clients develop and execute new business strategies with emerging technologies in Healthcare. Abhijit focuses and manages daily production while meeting or exceeding KPIs related to accuracy and quality.

Abhijit holds a BTech from IIT Bombay, an MS in Process Control from Arizona State University, and a PGDBM from IIM Bangalore.

Co-founder & Non-Executive Director

Dr. Sonali Iyer

Dr. Sonali Iyer is a founding member of HSPL and functions as a Non-Executive Director of HSPL. She holds a MBBS degree from University of Mumbai. Sonali has been a constant driving force behind HSPL’s vision and growth. Sonali brings a wealth of her professional experience in building solutions and providing constant support and encouragement to the team.
